James Amartey is a seasoned managerial executive with an extensive 14-year track record in multifaceted operations. As the Chief Operation Officer at Ace Medical Insurance, he brings a wealth of experience, self-sufficiency, resourcefulness, and a responsive, cooperative, and knowledgeable approach to his role.

After leaving his role as a Marketing officer at Unique Insurance Company Limited, James Amartey worked as a Branch Manager at Metropolitan Life Insurance Limited for two (2) years. Thereafter, he took up the position of Operations Manager at The Managed Healthcare Company. After a short stint at C&J Medicare Hospital as the Business Development Manager, he returned to The Managed Healthcare Company as the Chief Operations Officer; a position he held until he joined Ace Medical Insurance.


He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from the esteemed University of Ghana Business School, underscoring his commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

James is celebrated for his professionalism, team-building prowess, result-oriented mindset, organizational finesse, and exceptional leadership abilities. He thrives in environments where operational efficiency and excellence are paramount.
